FLOCK Meetings
Get involved with your FLOCK. Check with an elder or deacon if you
aren't sure which FLOCK you are aligned with.
Wedding
Sandy Wright and Tom Chmelovski will be exchanging marriage vows here at
Grace Covenant Church. The ceremony will take place at 2pm on the
17th of May and will be followed by a reception.
Special Meeting
The Grace Covenant Church Elders have whole heartedly extended the
invitation to Paul Craig to serve as an elder
candidate. Now, the elders invite all eligible members to attend a
special meeting on Sunday evening, May 18th at
6pm. That evening, all members will be encouraged to
affirm Paul as an elder candidate for the period of one year.
After that time, the elders anticipate that Paul will be brought before
the church to be affirmed as a permanent elder. If you have
questions, please discuss the matter with one of the elders. Further
details will be given at the May 18th business meeting.
Sunday Evening Event
On May 25 we will be sharing an evening with the saints at Clearcreek
Chapel at 6pm for a panel discussion on the topic of the emerging
church. Contact the church office if you need directions or see

Trip To The Master's Mission
Registration is open for a trip to
the Master's Mission in North Carolina June 9-21, 2008.
All are invited to make plans to attend this special event which
includes opportunities for:
Biblical Counseling Training
Meeting Missionaries "fresh off the field"
Experiencing the missionary training process first hand
Help with projects on the base
Fellowship with other BCC families in the midst of the beautiful Smoky
Mountains
Have fun on the 1500 acre training site:
Hiking, swimming, shooting; just to name a few.

The First Summer Picnic
Sunday June 1st
Fairgrounds Recreational Center, Xenia
Meet anytime after 2pm - Eat at 2:30pm
There will be games and activities for everyone!
Please bring 2 covered dishes to share.
If your last name begins with A-M bring a salad and
dessert. If your name begins with N-Z
bring a vegetable or casserole and a salad.
Hamburgers, hot dogs, buns, condiments, drinks & paper products will be
provided.
Lost and
Found
The Lost and Found items have been moved and are now located in the office next to the Education office
in the east wing. Please check for
any items that you may have left in the church building.
